Walkthrough
We go room by room and talk about how you actually use the space — not how it’s supposed to look. I take measurements and photos. You get a written plan and a flat quote before anything begins.

Sort & edit
We work side by side, at your pace. Keep, donate, sell, recycle, dispose —
you decide every item. I never throw anything away without asking, and I
handle the donation drop-off so it actually leaves your house.

Systemize & style
Everything returns with a purpose: grouped by how you reach for it, labeled
so anyone in the house can maintain it, and styled so it looks as good as it
works. I clean up and haul away before I leave.

INVESTMENT
What it costs
Most projects are quoted flat after a walkthrough, so you know the number
before we begin. As a general guide:
Single closet or pantry — from $XXX, typically one day
Kitchen or multi-room — from $X,XXX, typically two to three days
Full home — quoted after an in-home consultation
Every quote includes the walkthrough, the labor, the donation drop-off,
and haul-away. Containers and organizing products are billed separately —
I’ll recommend what’s needed and you approve before anything is purchased.
The consultation is free. The quote is flat. No hourly surprises.
Questions people ask
Do I need to buy containers first?
No — please don’t. Buying before we sort is the most common mistake, and it
usually means buying twice. We edit first, then measure, then I recommend
exactly what fits. Many spaces need less than you’d think.
Do you work alongside me, or on your own?
Either. Decluttering goes faster with you there, since only you can decide
what stays. But once decisions are made, I can complete the systemizing and
styling on my own while you get your day back.
How long does a closet take?
Most single closets are done in one day. Walk-ins and pantries usually run
six to eight hours. I’ll give you a realistic time estimate at the
walkthrough — I’d rather over-deliver than rush.
What happens to what I donate?
I load it and drop it off, and you get the receipt for your taxes. It leaves
your house the same day. Nothing sits in the garage waiting for a trip that
never happens.
Will you judge my mess?
No. I’ve seen every version of it, and none of it is a character flaw. Homes
get full because life gets full. My job is the system, not an opinion.
Do you work in rentals?
Yes. Everything I install is removable and damage-free — no drilling, no
adhesive that lifts paint. Your deposit stays intact.
What areas do you serve?
Washington, DC and the surrounding Maryland and Northern Virginia suburbs.
Outside that radius, ask — travel may be possible for larger projects.
